Guaranteed for life

Ordinary is not enough for you… Service is therefore an essential value at DÉNÉRIAZ, so that your skis can accompany you for many seasons on the slopes.

DÉNÉRIAZ skis are handcrafted with the utmost precision, using only the finest materials. Rigorous quality checks are carried out at every stage of production, right up until the moment they are offered for sale. Consequently, your DÉNÉRIAZ skis come with a lifetime guarantee, effective from the date of purchase.

Warranty terms :

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects that may have escaped our quality checks, or issues that arise during the use of the skis as a result of manufacturing flaws. 
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from abnormal or abusive use, negligence, falls or accidents, wear caused by friction (scratches), use of the skis on slopes with poor or no snow conditions, or damage sustained during transport. 
Due to the "handmade" nature of the products, the use of natural materials, and the artisanal crafting process, there may be slight variations in appearance or finish between individual pairs of skis; these do not, however, affect their skiability. Consequently, such variations are not grounds for a warranty claim. DÉNÉRIAZ therefore reserves the right to examine these aspects before undertaking any repairs or honoring a warranty claim.

Complimentary first Gold service

The first GOLD service between seasons is complimentary, so that you can start your second season with skis that are “like new”. This complete service includes sanding and revarnishing the topsheet, as well as reconditioning the bases and edges.

Ski maintenance services

Exceptional equipment deserves exceptional care. The DÉNÉRIAZ Manufacture offers two maintenance services:

Premium (edges and ski base) : 45,00 € ttc

Ski base service, waxing and edges tuning.

Gold (topsheet, ski base and edges) : 390,00€ ttc

Premium service plus sanding and re-vanish of the top sheet.

We perform maintenance services in our own workshop. These are highly recommended, as they allow for regular inspection of your skis and help extend their lifespan.

Collection and return of your skis

After contacting us, you can send your skis to SAS DENERIAZ 160 Impasse du Bois 74210 DOUSSARD - FRANCE.

Once the maintenance is completed, we can resend your skis whether you are in France or abroad. 

We can arrange transportation to pick up and return your skis to you. In mainland France, transportation costs will be covered for the first maintenance. If you live abroad or from the 2nd maintenance for France, transportation fees will be charged.
